We've been having a ton of fun football related senior sessions lately! So fun, that we sometimes loose track of time and have a hard time making ourselves stop shooting.

Now that High School football season is here, we wanted to show you how these seniors incorporated some of their passions into their senior sessions with us.

We love it when our seniors bring a part of their everyday lives to their session. It helps with a sense of comfortably in front of the camera for you and sets your senior portraits a part from your classmates!

Labor Day Cuteness | End of Summer

For many of us, Labor Day weekend means Summer’s end is near.  The kiddos are getting ready for their first day back to school. High School football and all things Autumn are starting to be in full swing. So if you are anything like us, this three-day weekend gives us one last chance to celebrate!

This time of year is also known as “Family Portrait Season”. Many of our clients, new and old are deciding it’s time to gather the family for their yearly photography sessions. It's also a great time for High School Senior portraits!

We are not upset that it will finally cool down and we are looking forward to the cool autumn breezes. The transition is a photographers dream. The foliage is beautiful, but it is the light. The light during this time of year is warmer and softer than early Summer. The angle of the sun in the Fall creates some of the most unique and beautiful shadows.

Mama Momtourage - Family Session

We had the pleasure of getting to photograph this beautiful family and the Mama Momtourage herself! Amanda, Mommy to two adorable kids Lyla and Brady and wife to husband Nick, is a local blogger here in Folsom that you may have seen featured on Good Day Sacramento with her tips, tricks, and crafts for family fun and organization!

We had so much fun on this shoot! You may think that a 6 year old sister and 3 year old brother wouldn't get along, but they are so sweet to each other and didn't even flinch when we made them hug for a photo opp :)  We love getting to work with people from our community, here in Folsom, that are supporting local businesses and finding new ways to have fun in our town.

We love newborn sessions 💛 We didn't even mind for a second that she didn't want to sleep because look at those eyes!! Gah! Between those eyes, her porcelain skin, and sweet demeanor we just fell in love! Here's a little sneak peak into our session with baby Violet.
